This is a system that officially approves an organization's testing, inspection and calibration capabilities in accordance with international standards such as ISO/IEC KS Q 17025 and ISO/IEC KS Q 17020, through mutual recognition agreements (MRA) with other countries to guarantee the reliability of official reports in, and out, of the country so that conformity assessment results issued in Korea can also be accepted abroad in order to overcome technical trade barriers, and avoid the need to undergo further testing and/or additional product certification in the import/export of products while also improving export competitiveness.

What is a KOLAS accredited testing institution? It is an accredited testing laboratory that has been awarded certification by KOLAS under all requirements to be met by a testing laboratory in accordance with international standard ISO/IEC 17025.
KOLAS Official Test Report
This is a widlely trusted test report issued by a KOLAS accredited testing institute through a fair and objective test based on ISO/IEC international standards. KOLAS accreditation test reports are mutually recognized by accredited testing institutions in 30 countries belonging to the APAC MRA and 107 countries belonging to the ILAC MRA.
